People & Customers

What we do.
Our people & customers are very important to Scottish Water – after all, without our employees, we wouldn’t be able to get safe water to homes and businesses and remove waste water.
The people team recruit, train, develop and support the wellbeing of our employees to ensure a happy and well skilled working environment, where people feel supported to do their job to the best of their abilities. Our customer focused teams ensure the best possible service to all communities of Scotland through a variety of communication channels including our contact centre.
